Scope of Responsibility
Call on all hospitals within the specific geography to drive product sales - Triage Products, Toxicology, INRatio2 PT/INR Monitoring System, Cholestech LDX System, D-dimer and Blood Gas (Epocal Partnership)
Manage existing customer base and identify new business
Responsible for maintaining and growing their business to meet or exceed performance expectations
Responsible for networking, demonstrating, financial analysis, negotiating and closing accounts within their respective specialty
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science/Arts in Life Sciences or business related discipline
Track Record of Sales Success – Hunter Mentality
Complex Sales Experience – Ability to Change a Standard of Care
- REQUIRED: Experience in cardiovascular medicine, point-of-care diagnostics or related medical sales
Current & significant relationships in hospital laboratories REQUIRED
Cardiac disease state experience REQUIRED
Knowledge of sales process, presentation, training, negotiating and closing
Excels in a team sales environment and management without authority
Career motivated and driven
Excellent organizational, communication, data analysis, result summary skills
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
Ability, talent, commitment and ambition to assume increased scopes of responsibility in organization
Compensation
Base Target: $75K – 80K
Bonus Target: $68K at annual plan
Auto Allowance: Mileage reimbursement or $750/mo
Travel
