Position Title: Territory Manager

Scope of Responsibility

  • Achieve territory sales objectives
  • Execute a sales strategy targeted at both clinicians and laboratory professionals to communicate the clinical and economic benefits of the T-SPOT.TB test over current methods.
  • Develop Key Opinion Leaders and Key Reference Sites within the territory to support the T-SPOT.TB technology
  • Effectively implement the sales strategy with target accounts, while keeping an opportunistic view with new target markets
  • Open communication with peers and management team around sales strategy execution and account development
  • Regular and accurate use of corporate database (CRM) as a Key Account Management tool, including primary data input to increase value and accuracy of the database

 

Qualifications

  • 10 years medical industry sales experience
  • 3+ years of specialized pharma / diagnostics experience
  • 3+ years of hospital / laboratory experience
  • Infectious Disease experience
  • Demonstrated prior sales success, particularly with Key Account development
  • Strong clinical and technical skills to effectively communicate clinical advantages and economic benefits based on reimbursement models
  • CRM familiarity and ability to closely manage customer and prospect information in the territory

 

 Compensation

  • Base Salary: $75K

  • Bonus:  $75K year (Guarantee: 75% Q1, 70% Q2 and 50% Q3 )

  • Car: $650. mo + fuel expense

 Travel

  • 50%
