Scope of Responsibility
Promotes products in a professional manner so that the sales plan is achieved; Calls on Pathologists, Administrators, Managers, Technicians, Purchasing Agents in clinical laboratories located in hospitals, reference centers, cancer centers, and research institutions. Responsible for financial proposals, competitive differentiation, territory management, forecasting and differentiating our client in this respective geography. Responsible for maintaining and growing their business to meet or exceed performance expectations. Responsible for networking, demonstrating, financial analysis, negotiating and closing.
Qualifications
BA/BS in Science, Business, or Health Care Field required.
Mandatory: Minimum 3-5 years successful and documented Medical Capital Equipment and or Diagnostics Sales experience required, Clinical Laboratory diagnostic capital equipment sales experience, strongly preferred. Highly preferred diversified in-vitro diagnostics experiences in sales.
Proven leadership, goal orientation and performance excellence critical
Previous sales accolades and achievement
Multi-level sales including Administration, Purchasing, Clinical Laboratories and Pathologist.
Excels in a team sales environment and management without authority
Career motivated and driven
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, preferred
Excellent organization, communication, data analysis, result summary skills
Excellent networking capabilities
Compensation
Base Salary: $80-85K
Bonus: 50% of base salary at plan (uncapped)
Car Allowance: $650/mo. + gas expense
Travel
- 50-70%
