Position Title: Regional Sales Director

Scope of Responsibility

  • Build relationships within assigned region or geographical area
  • Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Negotiate, close, and finalize sales deals
  • Create and generate leads for expanded services
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities
  • Research and develop lists of potential customers
  • Represent organization at trade shows
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales
  • Present company and products to potential clients
  • Track client information on SalesForce.com
  • Participate in sales forecasting and identify market trends for new service offerings
  • Prepare contracts and business proposals
  • Provide follow-up and answer customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with other departments for additional support to potential and closed sales, particularly Product Specialists
  • Participate in sales training sessions
  • Create and deliver presentations at sales meetings, client meetings and as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to advance sales
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Territory is New England and Upstate NY

 

Qualifications

This business model is about meeting and exceeding the expectations of the radiology community. When radiologists are not reading scans revenues are directly affected so the impact of reading more while working the same hours is a substantial value proposition for them.

Ideally, the person that takes this role will have:

  • Presented conceptual solutions that are supporting radiologists to help increase revenues.
  • Proven experience successfully selling a medical service solutions
  • Proven experience working with MD’s in a practice management environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with others in a business development environment where you are calling up and down the chain of command and as high as CIO or Director of Radiology.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding objectives and sales goals
  • Self driven, motivated, and results oriented
  • New market and new business development experience

 

 Compensation

  • Base Target -                       Up to $100,000 based on previous experience

  • Bonus Target –                     At target, $100,000 annually

 

 Travel

  • 60-70%.
