Position Title: National Sales Manager

Scope of Responsibility

Strategic and tactical sales leadership inclusive of targeting, tracking and ensuring that the company is increasing awareness and depth in accounts.  RMS Revenue responsibility $70M: 

  • Lead discussions with Customers experiencing a recall so that SRCL Recall Services are understood, positioned and used at a maximum level.  Evaluate the data and services utilized for every recall; identify continuous opportunities to improve the scope and effectiveness of the recall; sell those services.
  • Actively engage with and lead the sales team to increase awareness and revenue opportunities with Manufacturers. 
  • Work with Recall Consultants on major presentations, participate in Customer on-site visits.
  • Represent company at targeted Trade Shows/Associations throughout the year.
  • Ensure that SRCL ExpertRecall Services remain the leading service in the industry through technology enhancements/Business Development Activities

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in sales or marketing or related field.  MBA preferred.

  • MANDATORY five (5) or more years of success in selling and managing medical sales teams in consultative sales process.  Strong plus if have experience in Recall and General Trade Returns Services. 

  • MANDATORY track record of success in sales management and familiarity with a regulated environment/software sell is preferred advantage 

  • MANDATORY intellect, ambition-drive, strong work ethic, strategic & tactical skills, attention to detail/follow up, market segmentation, leadership by example. 

  • A demonstrated and complete understanding of RMS Services, Customers needs and Competitors. 

  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.com

 Compensation

  • Base Target -                 $115K-125K

    Bonus Target -               $55K at plan with overachievement accelerators

  • Auto Allowance -          None

Travel

  • 30%+
