Scope of Responsibility
Ensure customer retention by maintaining key relationships with hospital accounts. Act as main liaison between customers and multiple business units for operational, logistics, billing, and IT-related issues. Partner with Account Executive to analyze opportunity in existing accounts and jointly sell new tests/services. Continue foster and build relationships, aligning with regional and national marketing strategies. Drive for maximum territory growth and profitability through managing and up-selling existing accounts.
Qualifications
- 3-7 yrs of sales or service experience including account ownership
- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, or the Life Sciences; or the equivalent years of experience. Med Tech or lab experience required.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business
- Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- High Energy Individual who has proven, sales success and will thrive in a team environment.
- Professionalism, Confidence, Self Motivated, Proactive, Ambitious, Business Acumen
- Strong Presentation Skills and Proficient use of Computer & MS Office Suite
Compensation
Target Compensation: $70K+ uncapped (Base commensurate with experience
Bonus commensurate with performance)
Car: Company car provided at company expense
Travel
1 overnight / week for 3 weeks of month
