Scope of Responsibility
Lead and manage a district team of Account Executives and Account Sales Reps to grow quarter-over-quarter business through a combination of bringing in new accounts as well as expanding business with existing clients. Coach and mentor reps to help take them to the next level of their game.
Qualifications
- 5+ years sales management experience required
- 5 yrs of successful front line sales experience including strong “closing skills”
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and improve a sales team, ideally growing the team to the next level.
- Proven top performer (backed by numbers/rankings)
- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, or the Life Sciences; or the equivalent years of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business
- Consultative selling experience, ideally helping doctors and group practices improve their operations.
- Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Professionalism, Confidence, Self-Motivated, Ambitious, Business Acumen
- Proficient use of Computer & MS Office Suite
Compensation
Base: $85K-$90K
Bonus: 50K+ target at plan (uncapped)
Company Car: Company Car Provided (Clean driving record – no tickets in last 3 years)
Other: Expenses, Insurance, 401K + Matching
Travel
2-4 overnights/month
