Position Title: District Sales Manager
Location: North Georgia (can live in Atlanta and/or north of Atlanta)
Position #: 2961

Scope of Responsibility

Lead and manage a district team of Account Executives and Account Sales Reps to grow quarter-over-quarter business through a combination of bringing in new accounts as well as expanding business with existing clients.  Coach and mentor reps to help take them to the next level of their game.   

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years sales management experience required
  • 5 yrs of successful front line sales experience including strong “closing skills”
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and improve a sales team, ideally growing the team to the next level.
  • Proven top performer (backed by numbers/rankings)
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, or the Life Sciences; or the equivalent years of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business
  • Consultative selling experience, ideally helping doctors and group practices improve their operations.
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Professionalism, Confidence, Self-Motivated, Ambitious, Business Acumen
  • Proficient use of Computer & MS Office Suite

 

 Compensation

  • Base:                    $85K-$90K

  • Bonus:                  50K+ target at plan (uncapped)

  • Company Car:      Company Car Provided (Clean driving record – no tickets in last 3 years)

  • Other:                   Expenses, Insurance, 401K + Matching

 

 Travel

  • 2-4 overnights/month
