Scope of Responsibility
- Call on all hospitals within the specific geography to drive product sales - Triage Critical Care Products, Cardiac, BNP, Toxicology, D-dimer and Blood Gas (Epocal Partnership)
- Manage existing customer base and identify new business
- Responsible for maintaining and growing their business to meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Responsible for networking, demonstrating, financial analysis, negotiating and closing accounts within their respective specialty.
Qualifications
- B.S. Degree required
- Cardiac disease state understanding required – ED/ER, Cath Lab, Critical Care Areas of Hospital.
- Emergency Department call point experience.
- Track Record of Sales Success – Hunter Mentality
- Complex Sales Experience – Ability to Change a Standard of Care
- Knowledge of sales process, presentation, training, negotiating and closing
- Excels in a team sales environment and management without authority
- Career motivated and driven
- Current & significant relationships in hospital laboratories
- Excellent organizational, communication, data analysis, result summary skills
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, preferred
Compensation
Total Package Range (Salary and Commission): $125 -200K+ uncapped
Company Car: Mileage reimbursement or $750/mo (whichever is better for rep)
Travel
- No overnights
