Position Title: Account Executive
Location: South Los Angeles (Southern most edge – San Juan Capistrano, East to Murrieta, North to Riverside, West to Long Beach)
Position #: 2960

Scope of Responsibility

  • Call on all hospitals within the specific geography to drive product sales - Triage Critical Care Products, Cardiac, BNP, Toxicology, D-dimer and Blood Gas (Epocal Partnership)
  • Manage existing customer base and identify new business
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing their business to meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Responsible for networking, demonstrating, financial analysis, negotiating and closing accounts within their respective specialty.

 

Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree required
  • Cardiac disease state understanding required – ED/ER, Cath Lab, Critical Care Areas of Hospital.
  • Emergency Department call point experience.
  • Track Record of Sales Success – Hunter Mentality
  • Complex Sales Experience – Ability to Change a Standard of Care
  • Knowledge of sales process, presentation, training, negotiating and closing
  • Excels in a team sales environment and management without authority
  • Career motivated and driven
  • Current & significant relationships in hospital laboratories
  • Excellent organizational, communication, data analysis, result summary skills
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, preferred

 

 Compensation

  • Total Package Range (Salary and Commission):   $125 -200K+ uncapped

  • Company Car:   Mileage reimbursement or $750/mo (whichever is better for rep)

 

 Travel

  • No overnights
