Scope of Responsibility
Under general supervision of Director of Patient Education and Consulting, the scope of this position is responsible for performing the consultative selling process with potential clients as they visit the center. The Patient Education and Consulting (PEC) rep will meet the prospect, establish rapport, probe to understand the prospect’s motivations and desires, and then help guide them through the alternative solutions with our client. The PEC rep is also a key player as part of the local center, so teamwork is paramount to ensure a smooth, first-rate customer experience. It is very important that the prospect feel they are well-cared for throughout their entire time in the center.
- Establish rapport with prospects and strive to understand customer needs, to probe and uncover top motivations and objections, and to effectively represent the various implant alternatives to the prospective customer. This includes the art of negotiation and walking customers through financing options as well.
- Contribute to the performance of local and Company sales goals and objectives.
- Work as a team member of the local center and of the company, providing constructive feedback to help gain efficiencies and improve the overall customer experience.
- Foster a culture of sharing “best practices” through active sharing of ideas, techniques and approaches so the team can rapidly learn from each other.
- Identify customer issues and resolve sales related difficulties.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and communication with sales and marketing management.
- Maintain a superior level of knowledge of the alternatives and technologies related to Company products to assure accurate representation to the marketplace.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in sales marketing, business management, or related coursework preferred.
- 4-7 yrs experience in consultative sales selling products or services of $20K or more.
- Bilingual (Spanish) desired.
- Strong track record of sales success, preferably with a new product or in a new market.
- Demonstrated ability in execution of sales plans and strategies.
- Experience walking through various financing alternatives with customers.
Compensation
Base: $65K+ (commensurate with experience)
Bonus: $15K-25K at plan

Travel
Less than 10%. Monday-Thursday work week.
