Scope of Responsibility
- Call on all hospitals within the specific geography to drive product sales - Triage Products, Toxicology, D-dimer and Blood Gas
- Manage existing customer base and identify new business
- Responsible for maintaining and growing their business to meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Responsible for networking, demonstrating, financial analysis, negotiating and closing accounts within their respective specialty.
Qualifications
- A background calling on GP's in hospitals is MANDATORY and a familiarity in emergency room & cath laboratory is strongly preferred.
- B.S. Degree required
- Track Record of Sales Success – Hunter Mentality
- Complex Sales Experience – Ability to Change a Standard of Care
- Current & significant relationships in hospital laboratories
- Cardiac disease state understanding strongly preferred
- Knowledge of sales process, presentation, training, negotiating and closing
- Excels in a team sales environment and management without authority
- Career motivated and driven
- Excellent organizational, communication, data analysis, result summary skills
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, preferred
Compensation
Base: $75K
Target bonus: $68K at plan, uncapped
- Company car: Mileage reimbursement or $750/mo
Travel
- 30-40%
