Position Title: Hospital Account Executive
Location: Detroit based; territory is the Lower MI Peninsula
Position #: 2946

Scope of Responsibility

Target and secure profitable new hospital business by building relationships and aligning with local, regional and national marketing strategies.  Focus is on bringing in new accounts and in driving new business in existing accounts.   

 

Qualifications

  • 5 yrs of successful front line sales experience including strong “closing skills”
  • Proven top performer (backed by numbers/rankings)
  • Call points of  CEO, CFO, Purchasing Director, as well as Oncologists and/or Pathologists
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, or the Life Sciences; or the equivalent years of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business
  • Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • High Energy Individual who has proven, sales success and will thrive in a team environment.
  • Professionalism, Confidence, Self-Motivated, Ambitious, Business Acumen
  • Proficient use of Computer & MS Office Suite

 

 Compensation

  • Target Compensation of  $115K-$130K+  Consists of Base of $60K-$65K+ and Bonus of $50K+ target at plan (uncapped)

  • Car:  Company car provided (Clean driving record – no tickets in last 3 years)

 

 Travel

  • ~2 overnights every other week
