Scope of Responsibility
Target and secure profitable new hospital business by building relationships and aligning with local, regional and national marketing strategies. Focus is on bringing in new accounts in driving new business in existing accounts.
Qualifications
- 5 yrs of successful front line sales experience including strong “closing skills”
- Proven top performer (backed by numbers/rankings)
- Call points of CEO, CFO, Purchasing Director, as well as Physicians and/or Pathologists
- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, or the Life Sciences; or the equivalent years of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business
- Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- High Energy Individual who has proven, sales success and will thrive in a team environment.
- Professionalism, Confidence, Self-Motivated, Ambitious, Business Acumen
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Proficient use of Computer & MS Office Suite
Compensation
Target Compensation: $100-110K (uncapped). Consists of base of $60-65K + 45-50K bonus; uncapped and tied to quarterly targets
Car: Company car provided (Clean driving record – No tickets in last 3 years)
Travel
~2-3 overnights/month
