Position Title: Director of Marketing

Scope of Responsibility

Developing strategic and tactical marketing plans, budget, and promotional programs for company’s NMR LipoProfileâ and other tests, identifying new programs which would expand the use of the product line and result in revenue growth and leading the marketing team to meet the needs of the marketplace . In addition, manage and direct the decentralization strategy of Vantera platform (new analyzer) with key national lab partners.

 

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of work related experience is MANDATORY.

• Graduate degree preferred

• Strong industry knowledge MANDATORY

• REQUIRED:  Five-seven years experience in selling and marketing in the medical field preferably in the diagnostics, pharmaceutical or laboratory industry

• Knowledge and understanding of marketing, sales, diagnostic marketplace

• Strong planning, organizational, analytical and communication skills. 

• Ability to work in an entrepreneur environment and a passion for success in building an organization

• Ability to manage a budget

• Ability to delegate and manage multiple projects

• Excellent judgment, positive attitude, customer oriented, good oral and written communications skills

• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate the marketing organization 

• Ability, talent, commitment and ambition to assume increased scopes of responsibility in organization.

 Compensation

• Base Target:        $125,000+

• Bonus Target:      30% at annual plan  

 

 Travel

• 30%
