Scope of Responsibility
Under general supervision of the executive staff, the scope of this position is responsible for effective management of a state-of-the-art dental implant treatment Center which delivers a world class patient experience.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead the administrative team and ensure that all issues in the operation of the Center are effectively and efficiently anticipated and addressed
- Ensure the Center delivers an excellent patient experience by ensuring smooth work flow between the dental team, Patient Education and Consulting and the Administrative team
- Oversee all business and administrative operations of the center.
- Hire and/or retain high performing employees
- Identify, develop and implement improved processes
Qualifications
- BA/BS in sales marketing, business management, or related coursework;
MBA or advanced degree preferred.- REQUIRED: MUST be bilingual (Spanish)
- Has run a previous group or office previously with full accountability
- Experience overcoming failure and driving to success
- Medical or dental training and/or experience; can use and understand basic medical terminology.
- Management experience, preferably in a matrix management organization. Experience in human resources processes, including hiring, corrective action, firing, time and attendance, reviewing performance and giving feedback, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to build and motivate a team, both among direct reports and cross-functionally; experience influencing and building consensus with peer managers and highly trained professionals (nurses, doctors, dentists, etc.).
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and professional judgment skills; can see multiple solutions to problems and choose best possible one for the needs of the customer and the business.
- Ability to organize and manage complex, detailed processes (i.e., scheduling procedures that involve facilities, equipment and multiple people.)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: flexible ability to work and communicate successfully with patients, doctors and technical staff.
- Drive and capability to deliver world class patient experience
- Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Word and Excel
- Business analysis skills – can interpret sales and revenue data, adjust business practices accordingly, can prepare and present Center financial reports
- Enthusiasm and drive for being part of new, evolving business.

Compensation
Target Compensation: $85-$105K+ uncapped; variable tied to performance of the Center.
Travel
Less than 10%
