Scope of Responsibility
Target and expand profitable business by building relationships with Regional Health Plans and Payors and aligning with local, regional and national marketing strategies. Focus is on expanding existing accounts’s business volume (or “share of wallet”) with Quest. This job requires strategic coordination with the Physician Sales Team, National Accounts and other stakeholders in order to maximize strategic positions. Territory includes Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas & Nebraska.
Qualifications
- 4+ yrs of successful front line sales or business development experience including strong “closing skills”
- Proven top performer (backed by numbers/rankings)
- Strong business acumen; ability to drive and negotiate contracts and build/present the value.
- Call points of CEO, CFO, Chief Medical Officer, COO, VP Network and Contracting REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, or the Life Sciences; or the equivalent years of education and experience.
- MUST HAVE knowledge of/experience in healthcare Industry and general economics of business
- Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
- Strong planning and organizational skills; able to do strategic plans but also strong at tactical execution of the plan.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- High energy, self-starting individual who has proven, sales success and will thrive in a team environment.
- Professionalism, Confidence, Self-Motivated, Ambitious, Business Acumen
- Proficient use of Computer & MS Office Suite
Compensation
Target Compensation of $110K-$125K+: Consists of Base: $90K+ plus 25% Bonus (uncapped)
Car: Company car provided (Clean driving record – no tickets in last 3 years)
Travel
- 0-2 overnights/week
