Position Title: Blood Bank Business Manager
Location: Cincinnati, OH/Nashville, TN

Qualifications

• Territory:  Southern 1/3 of IL, Southern 3/4 of IN, Western TN, KY, Southern OH & Southern 1/2 of W.VA.  Ideal location is Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Louisville, Lexington or Nashville
• MANDATORY 3+ years successful sales performance in in-vitro laboratory diagnostics with capital equipment & reagents – Blood bank experience strongly preferred
• Proven capital equipment sales skills w/ ability to capture and drive reagent growth
• Strong track record in successful new product launches
• Entrepreneurial Mentality / Business Maturity
• Ability to sell benefits of automation vs. manual methods in complex environment (concept sell)
• Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
• Ambitious, autonomous performer w/ proven track record
• Strong leader with ability to assume additional responsibility within the company (management, marketing, training, etc.)

 

 Compensation

• Base:                    $65K-75K (commensurate with experience)

• Bonus:                  $58K at plan (uncapped)

• Company Car:      $500/mo. gross, insurance and routine maintenance expensed + $.25/mi for gas

 

 Travel

• Approximately 30%-80%  depending on location
